We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Data and Lead Specialist to join our team.

- Perform data analysis and processing using Excel and Power BI to generate insights that support decision-making.

- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology, including the DMAIC framework, to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.

- Support automation initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong expertise in data analysis and processing using Excel and Power BI.

- Solid understanding and application of Lean Six Sigma methodology, including the DMAIC approach.

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data analysis.

- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (White, Yellow, Green, Black, or Master Belt).

- Experience in process automation and digital solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Intermediate Spanish language skills are a plus.
