Your mission:
As part of the Demand Acceleration (DX) department, you will drive strategic initiatives across multiple channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets). You will leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to optimize assortment, placement, and revenue growth, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the shopping experience and identify new opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:
- Integrate consumer, shopper, category, customer, and financial insights to develop data-driven category strategies and compelling sales stories.
- Conduct deep category and business analysis, identifying opportunities and risks to drive growth solutions.
- Lead the creation of a 3-5 year customer-centric growth roadmap to strengthen market positioning.
- Manage the WCCE process (Discovery, Big Bets, T2T, and Growth Summits) to enhance collaboration with top customers.
- Lead SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) rationalization, facings vs. variety analysis, OOS analysis, and planograms to improve in-store execution.
- Partner with retailers to optimize store layouts, ensuring maximum product visibility and an improved shopping experience.
- Work closely with Brand, Trade & Shopper Marketing, and Account teams, supporting innovation and commercial strategies.
- Oversee consultants and research agencies, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with business needs.
What will you need to succeed?
- 3+ years of experience in the following areas: Key Account Management, Category Development, Shopper/Consumer Insights, or similar.
- Cross-functional expertise, with the ability to manage internal and external teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience using insights tools such as Nielsen, Spaceman, Circana (SONAE loyalty data), and EMNOS ANALYZER (Pingo Doce tool), is a plus!
- Experience Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
