What makes me smile while working at PepsiCo is our strong team spirit! I truly believe that you can succeed the fastest by helping others to succeed.
I’m focused on increasing employee engagement and helping new hires have a smooth transition to PepsiCo. I organize cultural events, offsite meetings and monthly town halls, and I manage our internal digital platform “Yammer” where we have online competitions, spotlight employees and success stories and make announcements.
Negotiation. I manage the bidding process with external suppliers to reach the best offer.
We recently hosted PepsiCo Global Business Services leaders in Cairo, and in addition to planning meetings, we shared the sights of modern and ancient Egypt.
