Your mission:
In this role you’ll be supporting space management and planogram execution, ensuring that product assortments align with customer needs and market trends. You’ll collaborate with key accounts and cross-functional teams, leveraging data and shopper insights to deliver actionable strategies and drive effective shelf solutions for the business
ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:
- Support space management strategy through assortment analysis, distribution, and space assessment.
- Define key requirements for the Perfect Store program, focusing on planogram principles and assortment optimization.
- Assist in implementing tactical plans and provide a customer perspective on shelf and space trends.
- Develop and deliver tailored planograms based on specific customer and field team requests.
- Ensure proper execution and tracking of shelf projects, aligning with planogram principles and SOS KPIs.
- Support the Business Unit by maintaining accurate market data and shopper KPIs for informed decision-making.
- Ensure data quality in PT market reports, collaborating with the global insights team.
- Contribute to consumer studies, sharing insights, identifying opportunities, and supporting business growth.
What will you need to succeed?
- Experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Nielsen Answers/Discover.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
