Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and confident Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer and VP Beverages Marketing Europe, the Senior Marketing Director for West Europe Beverages, and the Director of Sustainability. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring exceptional diary management, international coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and operate with discretion and integrity while managing multiple senior-level agendas and confidential matters.

The role requires a strong command of Outlook and PowerPoint, experience managing international travel across time zones, and the ability to juggle complex schedules and evolving priorities. A background or passion for marketing, sustainability, or global business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to three senior leaders with varied responsibilities across Europe and global functions.

Diary Management

Full ownership of complex, frequently changing diaries including prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external meetings.

International Travel Coordination

Manage global travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries, often across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless execution and flexibility as needed.

Meeting & Event Planning

Plan, coordinate, and manage key meetings and forums (virtual, hybrid, and in-person), including offsite and overseas events. Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and track follow-ups.

Stakeholder Engagement

Interact professionally with internal and external senior stakeholders, including PepsiCo Executive Committee members and their PAs.

Administrative Excellence

Support expense management, raise purchase orders, maintain internal systems, and contribute to team organization and process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior-level Personal or Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience coordinating global travel and managing complex calendars.
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across cultures and geographies.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Event and meeting coordination experience is essential.
  • Previous experience or interest in marketing, beverages, or sustainability is a plus.
