This role is at the heart of PepsiCo's Personalization @Scale agenda, responsible for designing, integrating, deploying, and sustaining sector-wide core capabilities that power Consumer Engagement. The role is a key contributor to the evolution of the S&T digital transformation and delivery process.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams across Global, Sector, and BUs, ensuring alignment on personalization strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences, leveraging lift-and-shift capabilities to optimize timing, costs, and resources.
- Lead change management efforts to drive the adoption of consumer engagement technologies at scale.
- Oversee the seamless roll-out and implementation of the JOY platform, ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and execute a scalable expansion roadmap for 2026, ensuring future-proofed Consumer Engagement capabilities.
- Continuously enhance UX/UI to create seamless, engaging, and high-impact consumer experiences.

Responsibilities- Owns the delivery and maintenance of all MarTech products within the Consumer Engagement space across Europe.
- Leads the Joy platform from a tech-standpoint, overseeing scoping, development, and enhancement of features, ongoing maintenance, campaign launches, and team onboarding.
- Drives Agile execution, optimizing velocity, value, and time-to-market when launching new initiatives.
- Engages key stakeholders to define scalable, reusable solutions, maximizing efficiency across markets.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective resource management and compliance with standard processes.
- Oversees quarterly service reviews and leads contract renegotiations with Procurement for agency partnerships.
- Manages project financials, tracking expenses, and ensuring budget alignment through accurate forecasting.
- Supports MarTech architecture development in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
- Challenges the status quo, fostering innovation by introducing disruptive technologies and creative problem-solving.
- Brings an outside-in perspective, leveraging best-in-class industry practices and translating them into actionable proposals for PepsiCo.
- 5+ years of experience in operational project delivery, with strong expertise in business, technology, digital, and data.
- Deep understanding of digital and data trends and technology applications, particularly in MarTech and AdTech.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in complex environments, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong business relationship management skills, serving as a trusted technology advisor for P@S teams.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, fostering teamwork across different time zones and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Skilled in technical and business documentation, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively through persuasive presentations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of generating actionable insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Preferred experience in Loyalty, Web, Social, and Mobile apps.
- Background in service management is a plus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
