The purpose of the role is to:
- Support ‘Distribution requirement planning (DRP)’ processes in collaboration with PEP Planning function, for Co-man related activities.
- Provide DRP services to China Foods by leveraging data and technology
- Provide relevant reports to check the rationality of inventory and other regular weekly reports
- Leverage ISCP to conduct planning activities
He/She will play a pivotal role in delivering SC planning support to China Foods business, and work in collaboration with the global team, sub-tower Leader, BU SC team to put together the ongoing optimization / transformation strategy for Supply Chain planning services.
ResponsibilitiesDRP activities:
- Generate DRP for domestic and export product
- Utilize ISCP tools to gather data and prepare analytics on DRP
- Review the potential Out of stocks and initiate proactive action plan accordingly
- Collaborate with BU planning team to improve the DRP performance
People Responsibilities and Continuous Improvement:
- Support line manager to setup new process, drive operational excellence and continuous improvements through training and R&R
- Develop strong working relationships with China BU to grow the partnership and enhance ways of working
Education:
- University Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields, and with over 3 years supply chain planning experience in FMCGs.
