Operate equipment in the production areas according to the right procedures and parameters to meet daily production plans by making quality products and saving costs.
ResponsibilitiesOperation
- Carry out specific and detailed shift handovers according to the prescribed list at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Operate assigned equipment in the production areas to implement the daily production plan according to the required procedure. Check the equipment’ stability and safety during the operation.
- Check product quality at the assigned location including: PAE, potato slice thickness, moisture, salt... according to the prescribed frequency.
- Clean equipment and workshops according to the post-production cleaning process and the factory's cleaning plan.
- Monitor compliance with the rules and regulations of contractor employees, 3rd party employees... in the working area and report any violations to the Production Line Leader or Shift Supervisor.
- Comply with working procedures and regulations on: safety, GMP, environmental protection, 5S... to achieve control indicators (KPIs).
Report
- Record fully, accurately in the correct frequency of operating parameters, product quality inspection results, raw materials... on report forms.
- Immediately report incidents arising during the production shift to the Production Line Leader or Shift Supervisor.
Other:
- Propose improvements and participate in project groups to improve labor productivity, production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Graduated from technical secondary school or higher.
- Communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality management system and food safety is preferred.
