The position of Maint/Eng Asst Facilitator is mainly aimed at the technical warehouse and maintenance administration to oversee and improve the management of technical stock, the maintenance system usage, and reporting within the SodaStream organization.

In details:

• creating, maintaining, implementing, and updating standard operating procedures within the M&E department.
• data entry and inventory keeping of all technical stock.
• replenishment/sourcing and replacement of technical stock, including technical suppliers.
• identifying components within the workshop environment and creating a well-organized stock keeping system.
• generate reports based on maintenance and engineering information, generated from various systems.
• assist with general duties within the maintenance warehouse and production area, relating to maintenance.
• cooperation with and sourcing supplies
• creating purchase order requests, keep track approval status and the status of the order.
• control and guide the usage of the maintenance management system.
• analyzing system data to predict maintenance requirements.

Education: MBO4 level is required, preferably in the field of maintenance and maintenance stock keeping.

Skills: Experience in Excel, Word and data entry programs. A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment is required. Experience with stock counting and stock balance is desirable.

Language: Excellent level of English language is required. Experience in Dutch language is advantageous.
