Overview
  • Main objectives: Provide tactical support for Shopper Marketing within selected areas
  • Purpose: Deliver necessary tools for execution KPIs in OT, TT & AFH
  • Scope: Total Poland
Responsibilities
  • Execution of trade marketing calendar via full responsibility of ready to sell tools- prepacked units on E2E basis
  • Schweppes coordination of cooperation with third party in terms of sales activation
  • Tactical support for AFH channel
  • PVM coordination of cooperation in terms of sales activation 
  • DX budget management (A&M, OPEX, CDA TT) in cooperation with GBS India
Qualifications
  • Higher education – preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, or Trade
  • Additional experience in data analysis, trade marketing/DX is a plus
  • Knowledge of analytical tools – very good command of Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
  • English – minimum B2 level
  • Having a driving license (category B) is a plus
  • Analytical thinking – the role is strongly based on data analysis
  • Work organization and independence – this position often requires managing several projects simultaneously
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactivity and initiative – willingness to propose new solutions is highly valued
