Responsibilities

Full-time Storeroom Attendant: Maintenance  

The Maintenance Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining inventory levels at correct amounts and issuing and putting parts away in managed locations.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Issuing parts through the CMMS system.
  • Verifying part physical counts with CMMS QOH (Quantity on Hand).
  • Creating requisitions in the system for parts purchases.
  • Creating replenishment reports from CMMS and exporting to Microsoft Excel.
  • Attending the replenishment meeting and help make decisions based on lead times and usage history.
  • Work with the buyer to ensure all parts have been purchased.
  • Work with vendors on VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) items
  • Communicate with vendors on rush orders and open orders.
  • Physically receive parts and match quantities with PO (Purchase orders) and electronically receive parts.
  • Put parts away in inventory locations.
  • Work with Maintenance team on emergency parts orders.
  • Duties will change and vary based on department needs
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft windows and using a PC.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Avantis CMMS.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to use a forklift.
  • Able to do heavy lifting on an ongoing basis
