Job Overview

In this role you will be responsible to coordinate the full (co-packed) display program initiated via retailer HQ’s from end-to-end in close cooperation with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders for the BNL across channels. Furthermore you will be responsible for translating our BNL campaigns on the PepsiCo Joy platform, our platform for Benelux shoppers to participate in our digital activations coming from our shopper (and media) campaigns. 

Responsibilities

End-to-end display program management via retailer headquarters

  • Coordinate the full display program initiated via retailer HQ’s from end-to-end in close cooperation with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders for the BNL across different channels 
  • Ensure up-to-date planning in total shopper campaign planning overview in cooperation with the shopper marketeers 
  • Work on translating visuals into the specifications of the retailers’ HQ displays in cooperation with in-house production team  
  • Inventory management 

End-to-end Joy platform execution 

  • Translating our BNL campaigns on the PepsiCo Joy platform, our platform for Benelux shoppers to participate in our digital activations coming from our shopper (and media) campaigns 
  • Work on translating campaign visuals towards digital assets for the joy platform campaign pages in cooperation with in-house production team  
  • Ensure a seamless and consumer centric shopper journey on joy platform, fitting to our campaign objectives 
  • Close collaboration with inhouse TCP Joy expert in Europe and external partners responsible for the technical side of the platform  
  • Follow-up on results on shopper particpation on joy platform, sharing learnings and best practices  
  • Support in execution of shopper marketing win activations on the joy platform 

Manage ad hoc requests related to shopper marketing projects 

Qualifications
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Min 1-2 years’ experience in working as an account manager in a creative/production agency or shopper/trade marketing teams 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels  
  • Ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines in a dynamic environment
