The role aims to deploy PepsiCo China Bevs’ RGM strategies, tools, and analytical models (e.g., OBPA, Mix Optimizer, PE / OAPA and etc.) to regional markets/MU, ensuring localized execution of revenue growth initiatives. Key objectives include diagnosing execution barriers, driving integrated application of revenue levers (PPA, Mix, TPM), and enabling rapid replication of successful pilots to achieve nationwide growth targets.
ResponsibilitiesGuide Regional Execution: Identify revenue growth opportunities, prioritize tasks, and co-create localized execution plans with regional teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to streamline workflows and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Capability Building: Train regional RGM specialists on core competencies (e.g., analytics, tool application, and process optimization).
Deliver Replicable Frameworks: Establish scalable processes for translating HQ strategies into regional execution.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with annual revenue growth goals.
Key Deliverables:
Deliver revenue growth targets for the identified MU including: volume, share, NRR and etc.
Localized RGM playbooks for regional markets.
Certified regional RGM specialists with enhanced analytical and execution skills.
Documented success cases for nationwide replication.
8+ years FMCG working experience, at least 4+ years in RGM background (Food & Beverage preferred), with hands-on experience in PPA, Mix, and TPM levers.
Proven track record in regional sales/operations and RGM strategy localization.
Strong financial acumen (P&L analysis, ROI evaluation).
Project management experience in cross-functional initiatives.
