• Lead and harmonize QFS system and best practices deployment for all ICF PEP site (COSO)• Develop, deployment and sustain the Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Systems for all co-manufacturing (Coman) or 3PM in ICF (Indochina Foods) per PEP 3PM standard requirement and AOP deployment plan.

• Support local QC team to deliver business growth on key projects implementation per AOP plan such as new green field, new line installation, new product platform thru different kind of support such as CBP training, standard lab equipment guideline, FS validation guideline and so on to ensure QC local plant team able to deliver the QFS compliance per AOP timeline.• Support Digitization Road Map in all COSO site and leverage best practices either from Sector to plant or plant to plant level to ensure the maximize effectiveness of system.• Lead and harmonize QFS system, SSOP, operational practices, best practices or else to ensure the maximize efficiency and effectiveness being deployed and standardize among ICF PEP COSO site.• Collaboration and support local QC team on key productivities and PEP+ agenda to meet target per AOP plan as well as compliance with QFS standard thru training or providing the validation/verification guideline and connect with Sector level to bring support to the local team.• Develop the new Coman for capacity expansion for existing product to get facility approval, line qualification to meet 3PM standard requirement.• Cowork with FSQA and R&D and seamlessly transfer Coman for new product and incubator product since line qualification stage thru out commercial run.• Deliver Coman’s key QFS KPI to meet PEP standard requirement and achieve AOP target as plan.• Deploy FS mandate program including deliver training, conduct gap assessment, CAPA follow up and verification for all Coman and new GF plant to ensure program deployment per AOP or standard timeline; AIB audit, PEM, Allergen, IPM, Sanitation including any other program that may add on in the future per PEP policy.• Deliver training, monitoring and sustain to ensure all Coman and new GF plant compliance with 7 FS minimum mandate; Validated Pathogen Inactivation Step, FM Controls, SIP, PEM, Allergen, Regulatory Inspection, and Untreated Nuts and Seeds.• Cowork with SC Coman and GP on contract/MOU to provide and review QFS engagement part into the contract.• Take care product quality of all coman product including consumer complaint feedback, CAPA follow up and trend analysis.• Take care import/export product in term of consumer complaints and ensure availability of importing product’s COA for non-ICF product in every incoming lot. Support Commercial team to issue COA for exporting product for non-ICF product.• Cowork with SQA and local QC team to drive the material quality consistency thru supplier CAPA follow up of the key materials or common materials being use among ICF site.

• Bachelor of Quality Control or any related Science subject. Postgraduate qualification preferable• Have technical knowledge of QC in FMCG/Related fields.• 10+ year experience in QC or related field• Language skills- English and Thai• Experienced in leading a large multi-disciplined team.• Proven ability to communicate & influence at all levels• Strong decision-making ability to make the right, balanced business decisions to meet future business needs.
