Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for designing, implementing, and executing point-of-sale marketing strategies to drive brand growth and visibility in the consumer industry. This position requires a strategic approach, analytical skills, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure business initiatives are successful across key distribution channels.

Your Impact

Define and execute Trade Marketing strategies aligned with the company's commercial and brand objectives.,Work with sales and marketing teams to refine sales processes and identify opportunities to shorten sales cycles, improve lead quality, and enhance win rates.,Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns for the different distribution channels (supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce, among others).,Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of demand acceleration initiatives. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure performance targets are met.,Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Develop periodic reports on the performance of the implemented strategies and adjust tactics according to the results obtained.,Work closely with distributors, retailers and other business partners to ensure the correct implementation of Trade Marketing strategies. Create and implement support and activation materials at the point of sale (displays, POP material, promotions). Develop strategies to maximize brand visibility and product turnover, aligning with consumer expectations and the sales team.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the mass consumption industry.
  • Knowledge in Trade Marketing strategies and campaign management at the point of sale.
  • Market analysis and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
