This is Sales Admin Support Analyst will own the creation, submission, and approval tracking of accurate T&E expense reports. As well as coordinating all the logistics for them at the visits to MCC
Your Impact
As Sales Admin Support Analyst your functions would consist of
Responsabilidades:
• Work closely with several US senior business leaders to understand and analyze their AMEX expenses • Management of monthly travel expense charges and timely preparation of expense reports for submission• Track and follow-up on report approvals for these leaders, also analyze and follow up on any T&E or travel related issues• Develop organized process for maintaining/storing supporting expense documentation/receipts for a large number of travelers• Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily• Organize meetings and everything necessary for stakeholder visits, be aware of transportation, food and monitoring needs during visits of our stakeholders
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
Education
• Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree
Experience
• English fluency and advanced English oral and written communication skills• Effective communication and collaboration skills • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience• Proven track record of supporting executives or other senior leaders• Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and develop proficiency in various in-house software applications (e.g., telepresence (Zoom), SAP/Oracle, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)• Experience using SAP, Oracle platforms is a plus• Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
