Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the overall Supply Plan within a Sector, Business Unit, and all Categories. This role is accountable for delivering customer service levels while meeting the inventory and productivity targets of the organization. From an ISCP Template perspective, the Master Planner works across the Supply Planning components by ensuring optimal sourcing plans, master production schedules, and replenishment plans.Responsible for leading all SC MBS Agenda related to Executive, Tactical, and AOP by agreeing to a united outcome in all these forums. In addition, is accountable for operative local sessions that are carried out and take place on time with the outcome desired.

Your Impact  

As Master Planner Leader SoCo your responsibilities would consist of

• Accountable for MPS daily commit, infeasibles and DLS Adherence for all platforms and plants. • Responsible for AOP and Strat Plan capacity calculations, projected demand satisfaction, assess utilization, average days on hand. Responsible for calculating the future coverages and assess utilization in capacity connection meeting S&OP processes, raising the hand if any issue or risk will affect future performance. Forecasting and action plans for optimizing cash flow.• Enables product supply for the commercial change (local stage gate) agenda and in collaboration with NPI Manager: – Review projects (Innovations forums) and provide insight on feasibility and potential capacity, service, cost impacts, shape and flavors.– Effectively communicate changes to the scheduling teams, & the supply plan through the appropriate channels.• Develop tactical sourcing plans to insure overall inventory optimization strategies focused on enhancing customer fulfillment with less on-hand inventory at a minimized cost (reduction of DII).• Work with Leadership teams (manufacturing, engineering, finance, agro) to unlock production capacity restrictions for long term, as well as safeguarding line automations to ensure adequate investments (capex). While providing visibility of Finished Product warehouse capacity constraints to local markets. Through the running of scenarios to find out best demand satisfaction proposal and best cost effective.• Accountable for IO requesting overrides according to business needs, analyse and recommend best fits. Responsible for setting IO parameters to achieve the proper safety stocks. (Caps and Floors, MyISCP itemgroups, broken links, among others).• Work with local demand team to ensure that all product priorities are considered in all tools.• Collaborate with and influence the overall organization on strategic network and sourcing recommendations and decisions (reflected in flawless MyISCP management and control with Data Analysts).• Establish a robust governance process (and meetings) with Supply key actors (demand planning, sales planning, warehouse, agro, manufacturing, DR, MRP) through implementation and follow-up of performance scorecards, action plans, etc. while supporting improvement in key opportunity areas.• Interact and negotiate with the areas of Distribution Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing, Co-Manufactures, Agro, Demand, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, R&D, Maintenance, in order to eliminate / reduce bottlenecks, optimize FR, MFR and minize WOFF in the long and short term.• Analyze capacity for long and short time, propose potential solutions persuing a united decision among the entire organization and make those decision for Production Planning.Lead the Team so as to achive all desired KPI results (DLS adherence, MPS Commit, FR) and be considered as MBS Benchmark in terms of processes, meeting agenda and MPS/Tools knowledge.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?  

• Bachelor degree focused in Logistics, Business, Administration, industrial engineering.• At least 3 - 5 years of SC experience.• Microsoft suite tools (Excel advanced, Power Point)• Advanced English, Spanish.• General Knowledge of logistic, planning (MPS, MRP, DRP).• Experience leading teams.• SAP desirable and encouraged (not critical).• JDA desirable and encouraged (not critical).• Results oriented, desition making, teamwork, customer service, networking, work under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency, proactive.
