This role is responsible for leading and managing the SC reporting and master data team focusing on make and move of logistics and coman. The team will be producing KPI tracking reports and extracting key data into suitable format to enable the French business unit to manage performance and maintaining the master data in respective repositories. Key responsibility of the team is maintaining a standard reporting, master data governance and comms methodology with partner stakeholders. The scope of data and interactions is SC operational KPIs, costs related to ops and logistics and coman MDM.
The role holder will bear not only standard team leading activities such as to manage, lead and coach the team members, but additionally will have the responsibility to identify additional continuous improvement opportunities and performance gaps and communicate/escalate these accordingly to the BU stakeholders such as the Performance leads of the French operation. Finally within the role’s responsibilities will also be to perform appropriate benchmarking and sharing the knowledge with the BU.
The role holder will have to ensure that the team has the right systems and capabilities to achieve the right performance in order to satisfy the requirements of the respective SLAs with the BU
Responsibilities• Manage the Reporting and MDM team for M&M in ICC• Assess and provide feedback and coaching to the team members• Identify Continuous improvement opportunities in operational KPIs• Benchmarking and sharing knowledge • Prepare adhoc reports for the functional team
Qualifications• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)• 5+ years team management experience• Analytical and MDM skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelors degree (ie Science/Technological/Engineering/Math)• Demonstrated ability to interact with data, SAP, Power Apps and BI, or other dashboards and systems working within operational environment producing standard and ad hoc reports and able to flagging key problem areas such that stakeholders can remedy issues (usually min 1 yrs exp.)• Working Knowledge of SAP and other data repositories, Power Apps/BI or similar reporting dashboard software preferable• Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
