The role is critical in the provision of performance reporting to enable the Leadership Team to identify emerging trends that need further performance analysis and intervention. This is a key role for the Planning Team as he/she becomes the Global knowledge expert / point person for Cockpit (Tableau) reporting as well as senior team member of the team on-site. As a result, this role carries leadership & ownership. |
- Development of visual dashboard for E2E reporting for:
- Financial Performance
- Drill-down capability to Geo (Global, Sector, OpUnit/BU, Market Unit performance)
- Development and Deployment of Reporting Framework
- Design and Development of harmonized dashboards
- Continuous Improvement and evolution of tools & systems
- Proactively identify required changes to ensure system fit for purpose/support customer requirements.
- Prioritize and Lead implementation of changes and developments.
- Proven experience in Management Reporting. Tableau expertise
- Proven experience / appetitive in the leverage/exploitation/development of systems
- Role will face a number of issues that require evaluative thinking, where depth of experience will be a key factor.
- Ability to operate and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups / boundaries.
- Tactical/functional/system decision making without day-to-day reference to Manager. Able to work autonomously

- 4 to 6 years of experience.

- Tableau knowledge is a MUST, Alteryx and other BI tools is a plus
- Ability to lead and help team manage the deliverables. Good communicator
- Ability to programme manage and interact with senior stakeholders and ensure adherence to project plan
- Experience in handling team would be preferred as he/she will be the senior team member on-site.
- Analytical mindset and ability to find quick and efficient ways of creating the visualization by clearly understanding the requirements
- Finance acumen to understand business rationale, calculations, etc. to be able to build/replicate in Cockpit (Tableau)
- Understanding of data source and be able to troubleshoot any issues with the numbers appearing on the dashboard
- Knowledge of HFM and any other relevant systems is a plus
- Dashboarding (50+ Operational KPIS)
