Responsibilities
  • Track Performance in Packaging line
  • Leading effective change management
  • Leading, supporting and organizing Packaging process improvements
  • Take part in new line, Packaging machine and automation commissioning
  • Take part in new global projects and commissioning for Packaging lines
  • Leading the line capacity increase projects
  • Performance gap analysis for Packaging line
  • Leading and reporting the Packaging IPS Global / Internal audits and take actions for the continuous improvements
  • Communicate with MOS (Manufacturing Operations Support) team for reporting Packaging KPIs, Internal IPS and sharing best practices
  • Leading line quality, safety, improvement projects.
  • Define and plan the all Packaging lines needs for its responsibility
  • Supports to shift to meet customer demands on time and produce the required tonnage in a timely by providing line technical capability
  • Supporting R&D for new product trials and launches
  • Managing and supporting lean agenda of the plant
  • Reporting downtime, maintenance cost and projects' KPIs.
  • Technical expertise to other TR snacks sites for Packaging Line.
  • Provide to the technical trainings for production operators to increase the capability
  • Tracking of the Packaging operators team performance and getting improving actions when necessary
  • Take the responsibilities of plants OPEX and CAPEX agenda, capex writing, capex expense following
  • Organizing the root cause analysis sessions for the team in order to eliminate downtimes, AlB and safety problems
  • Support the lean six sigma projects.
  • Take an active part on 4 hourly, daily and weekly QCDM meetings to improve line KPIs and workflow capabilities
  • Follow up 30% MOH budgets and ensure spending met on target
  • Follow up utilities and take actions with maintenance team
  • Follow up and ensure the legal controls of lifting equipment
  • Manage and follow up operation supplies stock level of packaging parts
  • Manage and follow up TE & NE for Packaging line
  • Manage and follow up Packaging line reliability issues
  • Work with QC for quality issues and CQA Actions
  • Attending the monthly Food Safety and Quality meetings and following the meeting actions in the areas they are responsible for.
  • Ensure food safety and people safety on Packaging line
  • Reports the problems it detects regarding AIB, FSSC, GMP, Product Safety, Hygiene and Food Defense to the relevant responsible persons
  • Attending the monthly H&S meetings and following the meeting actions in the areas they are responsible for.
  • To ensure that the necessary actions are taken to ensure the continuity and improvement of the GEHSMS and ISO 14001, Environmental Management System and the ISO 45001
  • Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to fulfill the system requirements
  • Create and collect weekly bright spot/ hot spot reports for all plant.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Materials, Electrical or Electronic engineering etc. )
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
  • Experienced in Capex
  • High level of standard work implementations,
  • 2-5 years of relevant functional experience is an asset.
  • A proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and inter-personal
  • Ability to coordinate and organize design projects and Personnel Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills
  • Open to new ideas and innovation focused.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level in MS Office Application
