- Create and maintain required centralized analytics to address opportunities:
Market performance (value, volume sales, SOM change, etc.).
Competitive analysis across NRM levers.
- Support development of Revenue Management strategy for cross-category projects:
Cross channel / account strategies and tactics.
- Drive transparency and visibility of business performance:
Maintain monthly performance and management business reviews.
- Drive additional insights for business growth and efficiency by leveraging existing data systems.
- Contribute to revenue management capability build programs supporting Dairy strategy and aspiration plan.
- Support training materials development and roll-out to the broader organization to improve RGM understanding and capability.
- Support further simplification and centralization in Dairy RGM.
- Build business partnership and drive collaboration within Dairy RGM and broader organization.

- Higher education / degree in Marketing, Finance
- High degree of numeracy
- Experience in Sales Finance, Insights, Marketing or Strategic Consulting
- Excellent combination of strategic, communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of finance, insights, statistics
- Commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)
- English - Intermediate level
