To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role is a parental leave cover of 13 months (21 July 2025-31 August 2026)
Reporting to the Senior Manager FP&A ANZ, this role will coordinate and prepare financial forecasts and analysis for ANZ, generating accurate reports, highlighting performance issues, and providing insights to support strategic decisions.

- Lead FP&A Processes: Oversee financial performance monitoring and reporting in ANZ, including AOP, monthly forecast and month end close.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various finance and business teams on forecasting and planning.
- Ensure Accurate Reporting: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of ANZ financial management reporting.
- Analyse and Manage Risks: Conduct financial analyses and manage risk and opportunity tracking.
- Cash flow planning: Manage the Operating Cashflow planning process for ANZ to drive accuracy, efficiency and delivery of plan.
- Qualifications and Experience: Degree and CA/CPA qualified with FP&A/financial accounting experience.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong communication skills to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial Acumen and Curiosity: Commercially savvy and curious.
- Organisational and Technical Skills: Organized with effective time management skills and knowledge of systems like TM1, HFM, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
