Main objectives: Delivering e-commerce agenda for Away From Home (Horeca), including sales capabilities building. Drive Pepsi brand growth via performance marketing. Purpose: Build e-commerce business in key channels, observe market trends and drive growth.

• Co-create strategy for aggregators, including focus on quick served restaurant
• Introduce eCommerce strategy to key stakeholders and internal partners
• Build eComm awareness & capabilities for key stakeholders
• Lead eAFH transformation, recommend most effective WoW and lead new retail media strategy, including SoMe
• Participate in cross functional functional teams (eComm leaders in Sales, Trade Marketing, Insights, Sector, external partners, Marketing) and influence other departments to become active members of Digital Transformation process
• Set up synergy between both online and offline (omnichannel approach)
• Bring recommendations and evaluate the effectiveness of digital tools
