Overview

Main Purpose:

Develop a sustainable franchise business in the given Units to grow market share by delivering profitable volume growth for both Pepsico and bottler.

  • Deliver Annual Operating Plan, share, volume objectives and build capability for future growth of the Bottler
  • Build and execute AOP for VBL Core South geography (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Odisha), while delivering strong share and volumes in all channels and overall LRB volume.
  • Strengthen bottler relationship to drive business alignment across PepsiCo and Bottling leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

This role needs to contribute towards achieving the respective territory volume by leading the Volume and GTM agenda in the respective units implementing the aligned agenda by.

  • Be a beverage strategist for the bottling team – high on analytical skills, ability to comprehend and crystalise Nielsen & Internal volume analytics into strategic big bets to win in key categories, pack, channel segments
  • Be a force multiplier in market to drive trade marketing and category agenda – high on consumer centricity and win -win solutioning
  • Contribute towards achieving the territory profitability objectives, while operating within the approved FMA budget
  • Contribute towards driving channel growth programs to win in store & new capability building
  • Contribute towards the processes, BPT & innovation agenda of the organization
  • Key KPIs are : State AOP volume growth, share objectives and distribution agenda I driving state level- Big rocks: Brand and pack volume agenda
  • Bottler alignment on regular reviews, systems, and processes
  • Market Presence & field visits- Ensuring 3 days / week in the market
Qualifications

Experience and Qualification:

  • Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG companies with a minimum experience of 9-10 years of work experience , preferred from beverage, macro snacking categories
  • MBA from Premier institute would be preferred
  • Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, leadership and win-win solutioning
  • Ideal candidate: background in core frontline sales, trade marketing, GTM strategy, SDM roles, consumer understanding,
