Lately DX has bring in AI and knowledge to category management , this role will leverage global practices and further develop the channel with dedicate resource and later will speed up the progress and also enhance the strategy, ensure sustainable growth with Super hyper customers and Makro.
ResponsibilitiesRoles
- Lead category advisor project for SPHP and Makro by
- Assortment Review : for Salty-Snack products whereby PI stay in that segment ; plus Category Management project to be category-advisor
- Support on Insights’ Findings for Joint Business Plan Process
- Space Management: improve share of Space to win Space’s Game by leading planogram development
- Regularly monitoring Share of Shelf/Share of Market Index, tracking via Field Merchandising Team Report
- Developing shopper insights, market insights, and retailers’ insights
- Champion retailer insight tools user to answer business requirements
Accountability
- Lead SPHP planogram design and assortment review for
- Selling deck for category development manager
- NPD proposal to customers
- Permanent Promotional shelf
- Create planogram guideline for CVS
- Support on category development project for Joint Business Plan, category development project for both MT & Wholesale with data and insight preparation & planogram design
- Monitor Share of Shelf/Share of Market Index Report & call for actions with Trade Marketing, Key Account Manager and Field Merchandising team
- Support on developing insights for Joint Business Plan, Business Review, and Sales Deployment
- Lead on SPHP Makro insight finding for business deep dive for AOP, business plan
- Lead on SPHP and Makro shopper insight research project
- Act as key coordinator with Agencies on retailer and market insight tools for training, user activation and contract renewal for SPHP and Makro
- 3+ experience on FMCG category management & development.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Good Communication in Thai and English
- Data Analytics, including experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data ideally with prior experience in market or shopper insight agency
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, index, pivot tables)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Attention to details and multi-tasking
- Good problem solving

- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels
